I’m Sarah, the teacher and reading specialist turned homeschooling mom behind How Wee Learn. I started sharing our own homeschool adventures on my blog, and over time, that little space grew into something much bigger.

Today, How Wee Learn is a complete homeschool curriculum created to help families homeschool with more confidence, less stress, and plenty of hands-on fun along the way.

Sarah Noftle, BA, B.Ed., Reading Specialist

Sarah is a certified Teacher, Homeschooling Mom, and the Founder of How Wee Learn. She has extensive knowledge in teaching, having earned qualifications for teaching Primary, Junior, and Intermediate Grades, as well as earning additional qualifications in Special Education (Parts 1 and 2) and Reading (Specialist). Sarah’s love for creating educational resources that are hands-on, fun, and beautiful is evident in all How Wee Learn resources.

John Noftle, BA, M.Ed., C.Psych

John is a certified School Psychologist and Homeschooling Dad. He uses his expertise in both Child Development and Mental Health to review How Wee Learn resources, ensuring they are developmentally appropriate, emotionally supportive, and grounded in best practices.

Jessica Beasley, BA, B.Ed., M.Ed. Mathematics

Jessica is a certified Teacher with a Master’s in Professional Education and a Specialization in Mathematics. She adores Curricular Studies and uses this passion to create and review the How Wee Learn Grade School Curriculum, ensuring it continually meets or exceeds all core standards while also being engaging, meaningful, and enriching for children.

Heather Bartok, BHSc, B.Ed.

Heather is a certified Teacher completing her Master’s in Educational Research and her Graduate Certificate in Educational Neuroscience, as well as a Homeschooling Mom. She loves multi-sensory and integrated learning and uses this passion when creating How Wee Learn Family Unit Studies.

This curriculum is more than I could have even imagined! Its so beautiful and well thought out! We start our school year on September 1st, so i am still reading theoigh everything and setting up, but i am in love woth this curriculum!

I have been using the How Wee Learn Toddler and Preschool Curriculums with my child and we both really love it. Everything is easy to follow and flexible, to work in with our life. The resources are beautiful, wholesome and just a delight to work with. How Wee Learn

I’ve really enjoyed the curriculum of How Wee Learn! It’s straight forward and streamlined so you get everything you need without a bunch of unnecessary fluff. It is also easy to do with your child- the instructions are really clear. The illustrations are beautiful, and there are a lot of different activities to do. I also love that it isn’t religious based which is hard to find in a private curriculum that is still wholesome.

I am completely in love! I love the daily organization, and I even moreso love how it lays out the skills being worked on each day. That part honestly sold me because it felt like everything I had been searching for on Pinterest was already laid out each week. The activities are so simple and yet I wouldn't have thought to do so many of them. The pictures are beautiful, everything is laid out incredibly well, and I've been so excited checking out the themes each month, ordering our library books and gathering the few supplies for a new month of learning. We're heading into Week 5 and combining it with the Quiet Time Club program, and it has been so much fun! There’s so many preschool and toddler packs you can buy online, but they’re so loud and busy in their style. I love the more Waldorf feel of this package. It's been a few months since I ordered Play into Kindergarten Readiness and my son has improved drastically! His confidence is back, when we take walks he automatically looks for shapes and numbers, setting the table is his favorite and his scissor skills are unbelievable lol. I’m a second year homeschooling mom, first time creating a curriculum on my own. We are LOVING the family units. We are using them for our 1st, 4th, and 6th graders, and our 4 year old is tagging along. They are just so well put together: they’re engaging, fun, and long enough to gain great information but short enough to keep interest at all levels. I love the differentiation for the different grade levels of our kids, too. It’s empowering to see them recognize they all might be learning the same material, but they have different levels of understanding to go along with the knowledge.
